In her first outing since Rio, Deja showed the progress made at home over the past months, producing two solid and smoth tests in the strongest start field since the games!.
It was the first outing for groom Donald Fraser with Deja and myself, after helping my wife in her Olympic and their lead up since joining us at the Stables. Donald went above and beyond, keeping horse and rider happy and really helped by creating the perfect environment to do our best.
Finishing 6th in the Grand prix with 74.66%, Deja followed up with a difficult Kur technically to finish 6th in the Freestyle with nearly 78%. I was super happy with the Queen D, showing much improvment and confidence in the arena!.
