Stockholm Horse Show never is dull.. and this year was no exception...

Scandic produced two super rounds.. 76.180% and third place place in the Grand Prix, Scandic gave his all infront of my home crowd to go one higher in the freestyle with 79.10%. Scandic is very special to me, and it was great to compete in Sweden with the Scandi Man!.  Scandic showed his signature strong piaffe passage, and also produced some of the best extensions and pirouettes he has performed. 

I was super proud of both my students. Wife Lyndal broke the Australian Grand Prix record with 72.80%, and a great placing with 5th place. I could not be happier for her as the duo continue to improve and develop. Lyndal and Sandro Boy produced some great canter highlights in the Freestyle, and finished 6th with 75.425%.

Mads and Jimmie Choo are on the rise, and after being named a reserve for the competition, showed why they deserved their place in the Friends arena by being the 3rd highest Swede with 71. 56%. Even with some issues, this pair was able to impress the judges and both have a great opportunity to push for team contention next year. Mads also did a good job in the Kur, but we now focus on developing a new Freestyle to match the potential of this great pair!. Special thanks to Mads for also stepping in to help Lyndal in her warm up .. much appreciated to have such great friends around that make the world go round.
