I am soooooooooo very thrilled with my students this weekend!
Antonia Ramel started the student winning streak, Winning the qualifying round of the 7 year olds in very convincing form with her tatented Curiosity. With a score of over 74%, this was a test any trainer would have been super proud of - polished, elegant, accurate - this test had it all ! With 9's for some pirouettes awarded, this test had highlights from start to finish. I could not be more proud of Antonia and no one deserves this win more than her! . Thank you to james for his support this weekend, and presenting Cue so beautifully.
Mads smashed it in the 3 star Grand Prix. Winning with over 73% this test was so very good, and Mads rode like i have never seen him ride before. Mads has had a super successful season, with numerous wins to his credit, and high percentages. Fighting to earn his position as the team reserve, Mads has performed show after show this year consistently and with high percentages and i truly hope he gets the chance he deserves to head to Rio!
Not to be outdone, Rose and Zuidenwind where very impressive, taking out the Special ! With a score of 73.5%, Rose has put in countless great tests this season, but for me this was a highlight. Riding with confidence and flare, this very talented young stallion has it all, with specatular piaffe and passage.. Well done Rose!!!!!
